SESSION 1
Karen and the two main sitters present.
There was no speaking from the guide, but the spirits and guides were getting use to the energy.

SESSON 2
Karen and two main sitters present.

Michael, Karen’s Guide, made himself known after the music and light was turned off.  He explained that the light and music made it more difficult for them.  Said that when he is not talking he was working with the energy’s.  There where many spirits waiting to come through.

I said that I could bring a couple of crystals to try and help with the energy, Michael said that he would give them a go.  Karen said that it felt different for this time, like she was herself whole but small inside herself.  There was a black cloth/brick wall stopping her coming back, this scared her but was reassured by her other guide Red and her family that it was ok.  Karen also stated that there was many people around her.

SESSON 3
Karen and one main sitter only. 

We sat for approx 1½ hours.  Music was turned down by me then went off on its own assumed spirit turned this off, and I turned off the red light.    Michael made me aware of him being around with movement of Karen’s arms and body this was normal for him but did not speak.  Slight movement in the dark like shadow’s was noted but not the normal feelings or movement the energy in the room changed and temperature fluctuated from freezing to warm all through the course of the sitting.

Just towards the end of the sitting Michael spoke and said good evening and said that he had been working hard this evening and that there were many there helping.  It all went quite again for a period not sure how long then there was some singing to which I asked who was there a little voice told me she was Mary and she was 10 years old.  I asked her if Michael had allowed her to come through and she said yes.  She told me that she hoped to be one of the children that would visit us at a later date.

After a while longer Karen returned and once getting herself back together state that no two sessions have ever been the same.


SESSON 4
Karen sat and because the light nights were coming in we had trouble completely blocking out all the light. 

But eventually it went dark and there was noticeable change in the energies in the room and the room seemed to go dense.  There was also a fluctuation in the light all of a sudden, it went very dark.


SESSON 5
Looks like we have turned the corner now.  Karen has managed to get the cabinet up and in the room for tonight’ session and it has made a complete difference.

Nearly as soon as she sat and started to go down in trance, transfiguration started, there were many faces one after the other in very quick succession.  There were a few that seemed to linger longer than others especially the oriental gentleman whose moustache was very thin and long down to the chin either side of the mouth, the guy with the long hair moustache, beard and a chisel shaped face. and a lady with very striking features prominent eyes which whilst being bulbous were devoid of characteristics.  The face stayed in the cabinet but appeared to move in and out of focus.  As it went out of focus the features disappeared leaving a residual face with almond eyes and a diamond shape face.  After a while there were a number of lights flicking around Karen’s head and shortly after this Michael came to speak to us.  The Red Light was left on during the whole of the time, but turned down very low.

During all this we encouraged spirit by saying what we could see and thanking them all the time for their hard work.

SESSON 6
Again transfiguration took place with face moving in and out all the time, we had the same faces of the oriental gentlemen and the gentleman with the long hair.  This went on and off for most of the evening, and just before the end there was a large flash of light, just like an old fashion flash going off. 

It was not as intense and the first sitting in the box but nevertheless extremely wonderful evening.  The Red Light was left on during the whole of the time, but turned down very low.

SESSON 7
Transfiguration was rapid again tonight not long after Karen sat down and went into Trance.  (We have filmed this session, so will have to look at this at the weekend). Many faces flashed passed and many stopped and showed themselves over Karen’s.  The red light was nearly completely out this time, there were a few small lights around Karen’s head at different times, and it also went very quiet at times during the evening, where there was no movement or lights. 

We turned the red light off completely and after a while Michael came through, stating that they had done a lot of work this evening and that Karen had experienced a lot of different things.  He asked if we could change the music to something much more lively and could we talk and laugh and move around more for them as they are nearly there and need that extra energy.

Great evening.

SESSON 8
This turned out to be our most uneventful sitting for watching Karen and the room to date.

We had some more lively music and sang along to the songs to try an increase the vibration energy.

 

Karen reported that it had turned into more of a learning session for her and she had gone of into more of a meditation journey.  She met with a could of guides she had previously worked with, and also one of her main spirit teachers.  She had spent most of the time on top of a mountain talking!

 

At one point we were aware of strands of white mist coming from Karen's head, but this was about it.

SESSON 9
Not a lot of visual activity seen as we turned the red light completely off.  We thought we would try this for a few sessions to see if it will help build up the energy and allow spirit to work, without feeling they are being watched at all times.

One sitter could see the odd spirit light and feel spirit was in the room with us, but other than that nothing else was seen.  The atmosphere changed from a feeling of lightness to a feeling of very dense.

SESSON 10
This was probably the quietest sitting for the sitters to date.

I did however experience some very different feelings to the norm.

It was a strange night for me - although for my sitters it was very quiet and nothing much happened! I could feel a few new spirits drawing close and some of my old friends I am gradually getting to know.

I have had an odd urge over the past couple of months to open my eyes whilst in trance. I often meditate with my eyes open, and always used to sleep as a child with my eyes open to! My parents often said I looked really spooky and they could never tell if I was awake of asleep!

Anyway last night I was in full blown trance (well for me at my stage of development! so not amazing) when the next minute I was aware my eyes were open. The room was pitch black and normally I wouldn't be able to even see my hands in front of my eyes, but this was as if there was a strange sort of light as everything was in black and white, like a dim white light and shadows. I am sure I was still in trance as I know I was moving around and some sort of chanting was going on. It lasted for a short while and then he stepped back and we moved on.

We did also have an odd situation which occurred. I never heard or was aware of any of this at all, but apparently there were noises at the door, as if someone was knocking from outside. My sitters assumed that there must have been someone outside as they could also hear shuffling.

They left thinking it couldn't have come from spirit, but from outside noise (we are very down to earth when doing this work and look only for physical proof we can truly acknowledge. But when I came back inside (we work in the garage - done out as my mediumship room) my husband said he had heard loud knocking which went on for a short while. It got to the stage where he did get up and go and answer the door. There was nobody there at all!! He is absolutely positive that someone couldn't have run away between the knocking and him opening the door, and said it was a bit odd. VERY STRANGE!!

SESSON  11
Red-light was completely off.  There was not any visual activity again except for the odd spirit light.  The evening did not really feel much different from the last few sittings other than it was very hot in the room, but this could have been down to the weather at the present time.

On checking the video footage we have had an incredible evening, there was lights, orbs, movements, and even a very  small light effect by Karen’s right arm which can not be explained other than a small square light which seemed to hover then widen/open for a couple of seconds then shot off out of view again.  This night turned out to be the best night we have had so far.

SESSON 12
Not a lot of visual activity again this time.  Red-light was completely off.  After the last time and the footage we captured we were hoping for something to happen, but I do feel we are differently going through a very quiet period at the moment.   Which means that it will not be to long before something wonderful happens and that I am sure of.

SESSON 13
Red-light was completely off

Karen sat with just one sitter this evening as other person was away.  Spirit was in the room but there was a complete quietness around the room, just a wonderful feeling of peace.

SESSON 14
This time we did not turn the light completely off straightaway and transfiguration was seen, many, many faces were seen coming and going around Karen.   The light was then turned completely off.

There was a spirit seen standing at the side of the cabinet the atmosphere changed on a couple of occasions from dense heaviness to lightness.  The room changed from being very dark to going quiet light at times.

On Karen’s return she stated that she felt this was more of a Trance sitting than a physical, though she would not let them talk as she was holding back.

We have made a decision not to turn the light completely off straight away again, so that we can have more of the transfiguration for a while.

SESSON 15
Present was Karen with one sitter.  Tonight we decided that it was time Karen sat in the box with the curtain closed during our session and would see what could/would accrue, also the red light would be turned off until about 15 to 30 mins before the end of the session, to which we would turn the light on so that would could see if there was any transfiguration happening. 

As the winter nights are now drawing in it is much darker in the room when the light goes out, this is better for the energies, the music was turned on and within about 10 mins the atmosphere changed, there seemed to many people in the room with us.  I felt someone touching my head, my face was tingling and this continued for a short period probably about 5 mins.  During this time I was singing (not good for anyone’s ears) away to my hearts content, the temperature in the room went down quiet fast.   I had tingling around my head and on my scull, this continued for about 4 mins, then the tingling was all down my right side and the energy in the room was great. 

All of a sudden this female voice said 'shusssssh be quiet' with a little giggle afterwards right in my face (it came from the right hand side of me, and she stayed there most of the evening after this) it made my adrenaline pump and the temperature in the room went really hot.  I was not expecting that to happen (I thought the direct voice would come from the other side of the room nearer the cabinet), I felt it was a young girl aged about 14 to 15 years old.  The tingling continued getting stronger and then there was someone behind me leaning over from behind with the hands on my shoulders, looking towards the cabinet.

After about 45 mins into the session I turned on the red light and opened the curtain so I could see if there was any transfiguration going on.  This seemed to be slower than normal but after a little while the normal gentleman with the moustache and face showed himself.  All in all it was a great evening.
